Fat-free and low-fat dairy linked to lower blood pressure

Middle-age people who consume skimmed milk and other healthful dairy products have lower blood pressure later in life, according to a new study. Researchers monitored men and women ages 55 and older for 10 years and found 30% fewer cases of high blood pressure in those consuming the dairy products.
