More hospitals feature farmers markets

More hospitals across the U.S. have eliminated their fast-food restaurants and unhealthy menu offerings and begun to offer farmers markets in their parking lots. One expert who worked to bring the concept to Kaiser Permanente facilities says the markets allow patients to make the visual connection between a proper diet and better health.
