Car dealer purchases Kansas airport for $1.65M

Les Eck, owner of a Ford car dealership, purchased the Riverside Airport in Wichita, Kan. Eck, who lives near the general aviation airport, paid $1.65 million for the 200-acre property at an auction. Eck, who paid $7,500 per acre plus a 10% buyer's premium, said he has no immediate plans to develop the airport.
