School lunches in Twin Cities get healthy makeover

Winter squash, corn on the cob and local apples are in, pizza is being scaled back and french fries are history at Twin Cities-area schools in Minnesota. Students complained a little, but consumption of fruits and vegetables has skyrocketed, officials said.
