Robert Shiller, a Yale professor and the economist who helped develop the S&P Case-Shiller Home Price indexes, has long discussed the intersection of markets and human behavior. In 2008, the mortgage meltdown prompted more people to take note of Shiller's work. In this interview, Shiller discusses the housing market and explains why he's not convinced that residential real estate prices have reached the bottom.
