Fla. district gives families low-cost access to computers

The Miami-Dade County, Fla., school board has launched the Learn Ideas, Navigate Knowledge program to help students gain access to technology. Through the program, funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, participating, low-income families in the district can have access to a computer for $25.
