Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius told a House committee that her attempts to garner support from private health care companies for the Affordable Care Act's Enroll America campaign were proper. She denied asking for financial contributions for the effort, which is aimed at enrolling uninsured Americans in subsidized health plans via state insurance exchanges. "I could legally solicit funds from anybody regulated by our office. I chose not to do that. But promoting a public-private partnership? You bet," Sebelius said.
