Nielsen confirms it can track mobile viewing on Syncbak

Nielsen says it can now track mobile viewing habits via Syncbak, a mobile video streaming system. CBS stations in New York City and Los Angeles experimented with the system earlier this year. Nielsen's success could be a step toward monetizing mobile video for local broadcast stations.
