Ohio city council will pay $25,000 for park design

The Lakewood, Ohio, City Council has approved spending $25,000 on designing waterfront improvements at a park. The design, which Mayor Mike Summers hopes will emphasize the sunset that can be seen from the waterfront, could include energy-efficient lighting, pedestrian access to the waterfront and a pavilion.
