Texas HOA says no to homeless RV park

The Woodland Hills HOA in Austin, Texas, voted unanimously against the construction of a nonprofit homeless RV park next to the community. While many residents said they support the idea of the park, they also expressed several concerns about its location. "There's obviously safety concerns which are hard to predict. My second concern that I thought of right away was property value. Will this affect my property value?" resident Dack Zerger said.
