Franken holds GPS "stalking app" hearing

Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., was scheduled to hold a hearing today to talk about his bill to end "stalking" applications and give consumers control over sensitive location information. The bill calls for consumer permission before third parties can collect data through mobile-device use.
