How ISA helped overturn Chicago's digital-sign moratorium

ISA worked with a coalition of Chicago businesses and city officials on a successful effort to overturn the Windy City's moratorium on new digital signage, instituted nearly a year ago amid concerns about a rapid rise in LED signage. Brightness and traffic safety are the two biggest concerns Chicago and other cities have when it comes to digital signage, said David Hickey, ISA's vice president of government relations.
