Suicide is more common between midnight and sunrise

In an analysis of more than 35,000 suicides, researchers found that people were more likely to commit suicide between midnight and 5:59 a.m. than at any other time of the day. The findings were published in the journal Sleep and were presented at the Associated Professional Sleep Societies meeting.
