Eating chocolate in the name of research

One hundred healthy people, ages 60 and older, will participate in a study on the possible effects chocolate has on reasoning, blood pressure and cholesterol, with the guidance of a team of Virginia researchers, under a grant from The Hershey Co. Chocolate has cardiovascular benefits, which has given researchers reason to believe it may have cognitive benefits, too.
