Study: Omega-3 fatty acids help lower blood pressure

Diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids may help prevent a rise in blood pressure often seen between the ages of 20 and 60, a study found. The study found people with diets consisting of fish, nuts, seeds and other foods containing omega-3 nutrients had slightly lower blood pressure, on average.
