XDR-TB case means U.S. should prepare for more cases

The celebrated case of a globe-trotting lawyer with an extremely drug-resistant form of tuberculosis means the U.S. should brace itself for more such cases. A World Health Organization official said the case showed the lack of urgency in fighting XDR-TB, which he said is "not just a disease of the poorest people."
