Analysis looks for most cost-effective cardiovascular disease diagnostic

An analysis published in Cardiovascular Ultrasound evaluated six strategies for diagnosing cardiovascular disease, including positive myocardial exercise stress SPECT with technetium Tc 99m sestamibi, and found that stress echocardiography-based strategies are the most cost-effective.
