State pays to repair vandalized car of employee

New Hampshire will pay about $10,000 for repairs to a car vandalized during work that belongs to an employee at the Division for Children Youth and Families. Although the car's owner has private insurance, the state assumed liability for damages so the employee's insurance costs wouldn't go up. One commissioner questions the rationale of the move.
