Google-approved "The Internship" is like a feature-length ad

Shawn Levy, director of a new comedy called "The Internship," about two aging salesman who become interns at Google, says the movie would have been impossible to make if the search giant hadn't been willing to poke fun at itself. But the film also works for Google as something like a movie-length commercial, writes Claire Cain Miller. "[T]here are lines that sound as if they were written by Google's marketing department instead of by the screenwriters," she adds.
