Mobile devices, websites inform shopping decisions

Roughly 33% of shoppers use mobile devices to search for coupons and recipes, research products and compare prices, and are visiting grocers' websites to look for meal ideas, all while in the store, according to research from KSC Kreate. "Grocers, consumer packaged goods companies and private-label brand owners should be highlighting their products across channels with exceptional content and branded recipes," said Diana Udel, executive producer at KSC Kreate.
