Prefab concrete cells assembled for $400M Pa. prison

Installation work is underway for prefabricated concrete cells for a new $400 million prison in Skippack Township, Pa. Atlanta-based Heery International is the project designer for the replacement of the 84-year-old Pennsylvania State Correctional Institution. Work is scheduled to be finished by 2015.
