Students use school-grown veggies for cook-off

The Garden to Table Club in a Connecticut school district recently held a student cook-off as part of its year-end celebration. Each of the dishes prepared for the event included at least one vegetable that was grown in the school garden, which the club uses to teach lessons about harvesting vegetables and using them in meals.
