Subcommittee bill would slash funding for implementing Dodd-Frank

A House agriculture appropriations bill reported out of a subcommittee would cut $10 million from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, which would hinder it from implementing the Dodd-Frank Act. President Barack Obama has requested a $120 million funding increase.
