Want less stress? Stop reading e-mail

A new study shows what many suspect: that reading and sending a pile of e-mail raises stress levels, hikes blood pressure and spikes feelings of anxiety. Researchers in the U.K. found that 83% of people experienced physical markers of increased stress when dealing with e-mail, and when inboxes were full, the feelings were worse.
