Congressman supports N.J. school's in-class breakfast program

After observing a New Jersey middle school's "Breakfast After the Bell" program in action, U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone said he was convinced about the need to fully fund such school meal programs. "We talked to the cafeteria people, the superintendent, the teachers, and they say the kids are more focused in terms of learning. They think they do better because they have breakfast," Pallone said.
