Pets may interfere with the sandman, study finds

Pet owners are increasingly reporting their animals disrupting their sleep, according to data from a Mayo Clinic sleep center. Forty-six percent of patients who took part in a study between August and December had pets, and 42% of those had more than one. Ten percent of pet owners reported their pets sometimes disrupt their sleep, up from 1% reported in a 2002 study.
