Report names "powerhouse" vegetables, fruits

Watercress tops a list of 41 vegetables and fruits rich in 17 key vitamins and minerals, followed by Chinese cabbage and chard, researchers wrote in the CDC's Preventing Chronic Disease. The top fruits on the list were red pepper, pumpkin and tomato.
