North Carolina Considers Teacher Bounus Change

The state Board of Education today could change its bonus structure by raising the maximum to $1,800 for teachers at schools that meet both state and federal standards, a report says. Other bonuses may be trimmed as the state brings incentive pay for meeting state and federal standards in line.
