Demand up for artisan, reduced-fat cheeses

Cheese sales will grow in the artisan, imported and organic categories, an analyst with Euromonitor International says. Additionally, supermarket dairy managers are being encouraged by a dairy marketing group to cross-promote cheese with products elsewhere in the store, such as the produce section.
