As bakers and other food manufacturers race to achieve fiber label claims, Cargill Inc.'s Horizon Milling has introduced GrainWise Wheat Aleurone, an ingredient that restores whole grain nutritional benefits to enriched white flour. The process is considered all natural and allows foods to approximate a white-flour taste, feel and appearance in products ranging from pizza crust to pancakes.
