Developers bid on San Francisco skyscraper, height limit a mystery

Developers making bids on what may turn out to be San Francisco's tallest skyscraper are moving ahead with plans that leave out the key detail of just how tall the building will be. Planning officials last year suggested raising height limits in the area above 1,000 feet, but the city's planning department still hasn't decided on whether the heights are appropriate.
