Teen's vault into Internet spotlight worries educators

High school pole-vaulter Allison Stokke, 18, found herself in the public eye after photographs of her competing were posted online, resulting in lewd online discussions, a fake Facebook profile and MySpace messages. Internet safety experts and educators are calling for vigilance regarding the use of online photos, among other things.
