TNS: Internet, outdoor bright spots in ad market

Web display ads, cable TV, Spanish-language TV, consumer magazines, Spanish-language magazines and outdoor saw increased ad spending in the first quarter of 2007, but overall the advertising market declined slightly, with ad sales down 0.3%, according to data from TNS Media Intelligence.
