Florida sees continued growth in online learning

Virtual learning is continuing to grow in popularity across Florida, offering an alternative for students who are home-schooled, have long-term illnesses or are otherwise struggling in traditional educational settings. Many students are combining online and face-to-face instruction, taking online courses in foreign languages or other courses they are unable to take at their schools. Some educators, however, caution that online courses don't work for all learners.
