Before going into a job interview, do some research on the person you'll be talking with, Adam Britten writes. One tool you can use is Newsle, an online platform that can help you find any instances where your interviewer was mentioned in a news article or blog post. Be careful, though, not to cross the line into "creepy stalker." "Don't say something like 'I noticed you were at my favorite bar three weeks ago!'" Britten writes.
