Cargill to offer sustainable chocolate choices

Cargill's North America customers will be able to choose sustainable chocolate with UTZ Certified, Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade certifications. “It means manufacturers will be able to offer products to their consumers with greater reassurance they have been produced sustainably," said Bryan Wurscher, president of Cargill’s North America cocoa and chocolate unit.
