Demand for more rail cars led manufacturer to resume business in Pa.

ACF Industries reopened a rail car-manufacturing facility in Milton, Pa., due to the state's thriving energy industry, which "led to an increase for demand in rail cars to transport goods," said Gov. Tom Corbett. More than 300 jobs are expected to be generated from the plant's reopening, according to ACF.
