Ky. program trains student ambassadors for advanced manufacturing

Six students from Kenton County Schools in Kentucky are participating in a weeklong shadowing and instructional program at a local machine-tool manufacturer, where they will learn about modern manufacturing practices. The students, who will share their experiences with their peers, are part of a pilot program that seeks to inspire more students to consider careers in manufacturing.
