New York's Sushi Yasuda outlaws tipping

New York City restaurant Sushi Yasuda changed its tipping policy a few weeks ago after 13 years of operating the Japanese concept with Western-style tipping practices. The eatery, where the staff already received a salary and benefits, now tells guests not to tip and returns tips that are offered, said co-owner Scott Rosenberg.
