Poll: Those who favor marriage equality want sweeping Supreme Court ruling

With the Supreme Court set to rule on two marriage-equality cases in less than a month, a new Bloomberg Poll finds that 52% of the population favors extending marriage to same-sex couples. Of those, 61% say they prefer a broad, national ruling in lieu of state-by-state deference from the court.
