Will Sydney airport merge domestic, worldwide terminals?

06/6/2013 | Australian Business Traveller

According to a draft of Sydney Airport's master plan, the airport will combine domestic and international terminals in order to make transfers easier. It would use "swing gates," which would divert travelers from the planes to the domestic or international area. The plan also calls for a new road around the hub to alleviate some of the congestion that plagues the airport, but the plan doesn't mention building another airport in the city. The draft is available for review until 30 Aug.
