Dietitian: Yogurt can be part of healthy diet

Yogurt does not have to be off-limits for dieters who are counting calories and watching sugar intake because most of the sugar occurs naturally and is linked to lactose and fruit, registered dietitian Heather Bauer writes. Yogurt also is a great source of protein, calcium and potassium, Bauer writes.
