Google works to increase diversity in Doodle images

Google has made an effort to boost the diversity of its Doodle images, which appear on its home page. Google Doodles initiated the effort after reviewing a 2013 report from girls advocacy group SPARK Movement, which pointed out that women and women of color were underrepresented in the digital sketches.
