Former rail stop to get $75 million makeover

The Atlanta-area town of Woodstock, Ga., will get an estimated $75 million worth of new offices, storefronts and residential developments in a mixed-use project being built by Hedgewood Properties. The development is expected to lead to other projects in the small town, which never has seen large-scale construction and does not yet have a design standard in place.
