Small California winery gains cachet with Hollywood product placements

Clos du Val, a 65,000-case winery in Napa Valley, Calif., recognized by its terra cotta labels, has managed to sneak its way into "The Sopranos," "Everyone Loves Raymond" and other high-profile movies and TV shows. Rather than pay a fee to have its wine appear in these productions, Clos du Val sets aside 240 cases a year to send to influential directors.
