U.K. to publish data on five-year-olds' learning, listening skills

On June 24, the Department of Education will publish the results of teacher-prepared Foundation Stage Profiles, which assess five-year-olds' abilities to communicate, learn and interact with other children. English government inspectors have criticized the compulsory system as a time-consuming exercise that doesn't provide parents and teachers valuable information.
