Florida high court to hear voucher suit

Today, the Florida Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments in a nationally watched case over whether the state's voucher program violates the Florida Constitution's ban on spending money "directly or indirectly" on religious institutions. Gov. Jeb Bush, who has repeatedly appealed lower court rulings supporting the union's anti-voucher stance, says parents should have the right to choose their children's schools.
