Netflix to offer "video snacking" plans

Netflix plans to stay competitive in the digital-rental marketplace by offering users online-video time as part of a new package. Netflix will be following the "video snacking" trend by allowing users to watch videos streamed over the Internet for 15 minutes before deciding if they want to watch the entire movie.
