Doctors use technology to help provide personalized care

More doctors are opting for a patient-centered approach to care that allows them to spend more time with patients and emphasize education and prevention. To make ends meet when seeing fewer patients, many doctors are using electronic health records, virtual visits, Web-based scheduling and other IT tools to streamline operations and trim administrative costs.
