Coca-Cola is rolling out a self-serve beverage dispenser, Freestyle, that can mix as many as 100 different drinks from 30 "flavor cartridges." The cartridges come equipped with radio-frequency identification chips that will collect data on customers' drinking habits and send the information to Coca-Cola's headquarters to help drive new-product development.
